This document sets out the terms governing your use of the rapid97 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before registering or making any transaction.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by rapid97, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The rapid97 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use these services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Important note: rapid97 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of rapid97 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You are not permitted to share, transfer, or allow any other party to use your account under any circumstances.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised use resulting from your own negligence.
- You are required to notify rapid97 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All personal information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
Platform Usage Rules
All rapid97 users are required to comply with platform rules at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or conduct transactions.
- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt platform systems.
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Uploading content that is unlawful, threatening, or harmful to other users.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means.
- Ensure the platform is used for personal entertainment purposes only.
- Comply with all local laws applicable to online gambling.
- Do not disrupt or interfere with other users' experience on the platform.
- Report any technical bugs or security issues to the support team.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rapid97 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Malaysian Internet Banking transfers.
You agree that:
- All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, as a security measure to prevent money laundering.
- Rapid97 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of payment method.
- Payment processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
- Any attempt to carry out fraudulent or forged transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Rapid97 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or financial loss resulting from game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its availability or accuracy at any time.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rapid97 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or when required by law. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rapid97 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of rapid97 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. rapid97 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed under Malaysian law.
